Responsible CSR needs shared clarity.

A partnership is stronger when both sides agree on the problem, the intended change and the responsibilities required to pursue it. Funding alone does not resolve weak assumptions, unclear ownership or insufficient safeguards.

Before implementation, partners should distinguish activities from outcomes, identify material risks and decide how learning will change future action. This makes reporting more useful than a list of completed tasks.
